"Office personnel especially Amber is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. State Farm’s corporate policy to increase auto rates for seniors is unwelcome. We drive fewer miles and we are not 10 miles above speed limit and we have fixed income. Corporate, get with it."

"One of the things I like best about this insurance agency is the extra value they bring. A good example was earlier this year when I was trying to find a roofer. I talked with a lot of roofers that seemed "shady" so I called Letty and she helped me find a quality roofer, with a good track record, in The Woodlands. Value beyond just the insurance they sell."
